I enjoy flame jobs as much as any one else, but what is the easiest way to cover the non flame area with out pant lift off? Can you add flames to an exinting Non- flame paint job safely? Where can I get a decent spray gun cheap. And where can i buy some patience?

As long as the basecoat was properly prepared before painting, you shouldn't have any problem with paint lifting off no matter what you use to mask it up with (liquid mask, Frisket paper, tape...). If your paint is lifting off easily, you should strip it back down and start over.
As far as a cheap gun, you should be able to find one at a local automotive supply store or tool supply store.
