How about doing the flames silver and then use an over reduced version of the blue pearl from your car. I think this would look pritty sweet. Or you could try streaking some blue, white, and black through the silver flame before you remouve the tape for a marble type flame.

sorry I thought the car was blue . Either way the blue and silver would still look good

I recently did a bike that was black with silver marble flames and layed some deep pearl blue over the marble. looked nice and there was a lighter shade of blue for the pinstripe. The marble effect was very subtle.

your eyes can see 9 million different colors, so I guess you have 9 million choices.....

o.k know lets narrow it down a little more. if these were the colors you were shooting what colors would you add to the mix to set it off?
ive never shot pearls before, so if i were to shoot a couple of different bases under the blue would you be able to really tell. are the pearls that transparent?

In "Theroy" Black and White aren't colors
So that'd be - 8,999,998 choices -- see, I just narrowed it down for ya!!!

Here is what I did on a black S-10 , just used a blue pearl/clear base mixture , 1 coat at the tape edge fading back then a white pearl mixture only at the tips . I did not do the windshield ! This can only be seen at certain angles , otherwise it just looks black.
