I saw a late model Dodge today that had a paintjob that kind of looked like someone applied candy red over a black base with a rag. It was smooth as glass, so I'm sure it was supposed to look that way. Is this marblizing? I didn't like it on something as big as a car. By the way; I've been lurking here awhile absorbing information, this is the first time I've posted. All I've ever shot before was acrylic laquer because it seems to be more forgiving for those of us that don't have a clue what we're doing. I have a 79 El Camino that I'd like to put a nice paint job on, so I'm trying to do my homework first. Thanks for the great site and sharing your hard earned experience with the rest of us Scott.
