masking station

well, heres my next question of the day. i need a masking station, really bad. and i cant afford to buy a new one, and cant find an older one for cheap. anyone here wanting to sell one? or if you could give me some instructions on how to make my own. i have a buddy with some scrap metal that i could use, i just need to be able to figure out how to build one. thanks guys

Mine is black pipe used for gas lines bought from the Home Depot, It's stuck between 2x4s with holes drilled through them and I can slide it out to change the paper as needed. I mounted it to the wall where I do my work but may do another one on wheels.
I put clamps from an old weight set on the ends of the bars to keep them from falling out while I'm working.

how do you get it to cut? its a pain to try and cut with a razor blade.
