I'm brand new to this website but I have a decision to make between now and tomorrow. I have a 67 Mustang and it is painted candy apple red. The paint job is about 14 yrs old. There is a deep dent on the front of the hood about the size of a<br>quarter. I took the car to the guy who painted it and he said he would have to re-paint the whole hood. The whole car has faded since it was originally painted. He thinks he can get close by going with gold base and two coats of red and two <br>coats of clear. The car was originally painted with House of Colors paint. My question is should I go ahead and let him do it orjust live with the dent?<br><br><br>
