Hey,
I Have a 2000 Yamaha Jog Scooter that I want to put a flame job on. The problem is that the bottom pieces are made of plastic that is flexable. Any ideas on special paint or some way of making those pieces sturdy would help.

I don't think they would flex any more than the crotch rockets I've painted. You should be alright without putting the flex additives in it. If you want to make sure it don't crack you can put it in just in case.
