A guy ask me to put a small army crest on back of his van, could I use 1-shot so I don't have clear the whole door. I do my murals on tank, fenders, & helmets using autoir than have the whole thing clearcoated with great results. Or is there another paint for such a small job that I wouldn't need to clear.

If you don't want to clear the whole door, you can go with 1-shot. I do my murals, and 98% of all my painting, with House of Kolor. I had started doing murals with 1-Shot and they came out fine, but the depth I was looking for was hard to get with the 1-Shot. HOK I can get a wonderful amount of depth with must faster and easier than with 1-Shot. I did a couple of American flags on the fender of a Mack dump truck with 1-Shot, and they came out great, no clear coat. It was a job he wanted done ASAP and didnt have the time for sanding and clearing and buffing, so 1-Shot it was. The flags were about 8 inches wide by about 3-4 inches high.

Good luck to you.
