hi i live in the bahamas and have a 1992 dodge stealth i would like to put a candy apple red from hok how much paint would i need to buy to put 3-4 layers of paints on this car thanks for any help

will you be using a true candy or a candy base coat, this will make a difference in how much paint you will need.

A candy base coat system would be the way to go if you have never sprayed a true candy. As for the quanty of the C/B you'll need, it's always better to have alittle more than you need rather to be short. For your car you'll need about 5-6 quarts. You'll also need an under base which is usually a metalic tinted to the same color as your top coat. As this will give you the candy look your after.
