ok its starting to become a big decision and really shouldent be..i have a big 65 caddi coupe deville..its the original dark green color with dark green and grey interior..im about it paint it and cant decide on a color...the original green is out..(im not a fan of green)..i was thinking about white or black..but i have seen an overdose of white caddis here in southern california..and with black..well you guys know how perfect the body must be for black..ive got the body pretty nice but you just dont know how perfect till the shiny black is on there..then its too late...what would go well with the interior that it has?..man decisions decisions!...thanks for any advice...jim

The green interior limits your choices a bit. Have you considered a grey that would match the interior color.Grey is also a little more forgiving if the body is not perfect.

Like Twisted said, you're somewhat limited.
How about a grey metallic? The metallic will add a little flair to the color, then you could do a green pinstripe or small graphic to tie in the interior colors.

PINK!!!!!!!!! Just think of the extra income if you cruise the neighborhood with the flashy threads

I know what you mean by greens, does nothing for me either. There have been a few nicer ones over the years, have you thumbed through the recent color books to see if anything grabs you?Back in the mid 90s there was a green blue pearl that was used on Camaros that flopped between the two but unfortunately the last I knew it was over $90 a pint and you need a gallon of base-ouch.Another option is pick a green and add in a bunch of blue or green pearl to liven it up.The interior being green really throws a kink in things. Then again a charcoal with green pearl might not look bad, just enough to give it a green cast. Not quite sure how that would turn out though, could turn out muddy without using alot of pearl.

well i really hate to say it but i went to the paint store and bought 2 gallons of white base..ya i know i didnt want white but i figured with the body being as rough as it was i would be better off...maybe ill throw in some ghost flames or somthing cool to make it different from all the other white caddis around....i have to jamb it too so i figure i have pleany of base color..lol..thanbks for all the ideas..jim

Whit's not bad and will go fine with the interior.Gives you room to play with ghosting and grafix too.
