Hey guys I have just recently invented and patented a very handy and obvious product of my own. It is a light wieght, durable LED light fixture that easily attaches and unattaches to the proffesional line of SATA gravity feed paint guns. I did a lot of research before I started working on this product and came up with the idea at work about 5 months ago. Turns out no companies manufacture anything like this light, and no individual had yet patented this idea. So I took the liberty of putting it to use. The light works wonderfully, its got the equivalent use of the $600 3M SUN GUN, only better because it attaches to your paint spray gun. Personally I think it has great potential(The head painter at my work, All Angles Bodyshop, thinks it's the ****). I remembered you did some painting yourself and figured that this might interest you.
Small description of the light

-It is lightweight aluminum to provide the painter with the feeling of absence.
-Centered on the paint gun so the painter is not disturbed by an offset of weight.
-Sealed glass inserts so that the light can be cleaned with laquer thinner.
-Seats snug behind the paint nozzle and is easily attached and removed between each clean.

In a professional paint booth a painter is standing in front of the paint booth light 50% to 80% of the time. The object closest to what is being painted is the paint spray gun, with that being said it is only logical that a form of illumination be provided from the spray gun.

-The light is to provide the painter with a better view of the material that is being sprayed. The light illuminates metallic paint bases drastically helping the painter to spot blotchyness in the material before moving on to the clear coat stage. During the clear coat stage the light illuminates the spray pattern, assisting the painter in the knowledge of how much of an overlap each pass needs. In return saving time and providing a more efficient outcome by helping to reduce the chance of runs and dry spots that a painter might normally not see witout the light. This light works is also great for use in an individuals shop in the case that there is poor lighting.

Ok so I need input on this product, do you like it? would you use it? give it to me straight. Ive learned that getting in front of large corporations is quite difficult and have been debating on manufacturing it myself, however I am only 22 and and am debating on taking out a loan.

heres some more info on the light if you need IdeaBuyer :: Patent for Sale; L E D Light Assembly For Spray Paint Gun

Thanks guys
