Newbe motorcycle frame prep

Ok, you guys helped me out on the first job, now I'm gettin deeper. I have purchased a bike kit and am obviously starting with bare metal. I need to know how to smooth the frame welds. Is it mostly grinding or body filler or combination? My first job was over OEM paint and was killer so starting with bare metal is all new. While we are at it, need to know what filler and primer you suggest and where to get it. On my first spray I bought HOK from INNATE, now they have their own paint line. Has anybody used it? Any good? Thanks for alll your help

Nate sells Xotic paint. My local jobber sells PPG and Xotic. I just shot some Xotic Shinee Silver (a fine metalac basecoat under Chineese blue) and it performed every bit like HOK. I think you will like it. You can also clear it with PPG, just like HOK. I also used thier primer, no problem with it either. Al
