newbie quesstion

Hello all,
Have a 99 FLSTC blk with reg. Harley decals on tank. Quess. is this, how do I remove decals
for prep of flames?

The stickers are probably cleared over. You can try shaving them with a razor. This works sometimes. If you are planning on using the original base you might want to try to cover the stickered area with flames after you get them off. Just in case you damage the base while removing them.
