nice cracked look

I have an idea for a bike that I'm painting, but dont know how to go about doing it. I've seen it before, but don't know what to call it if I decide to have it done for me and cant find any pics. Maybe someone here could help me figure out how to do this, or atleast what to ask for. Maybe have some pictures to show a professional.

Anyways, I'm looking for a black color covering the bike but cracking all over to reveal a nice light green color.

i'd paint it black, tape or freehand the cracks w/ orange/yellow b/c, unmask and mist around for highlights w/ airbrush, then hit it w/ an orangy red kandi. for hot spots free hand in with airbrush using white/yellow b/c and hit it w/ yellow kandi
