:sillyme: I forgot to put 20% 2040 Controller into my Dupont Chromax Waterborne Basecoat, What will happen? I noticed it didnt seem to dry as fast but otherwise looked good :think1:

hmmmm, not for sure on this one, I only use PPG, I would think that it would still dry, but just quite a bit slower.

I just turned the booth up to 85 and let it dry until it appeared satin, tacked it off, and shot my clear. Looked good when I left so ill see how it all layed out monday, fingers crossed ha

I'm not familiar with waterborne, but I would think the satin look is a good thing.

It is lol and on the brightside its only on the jam of a door cause the used one I found was black and the car is silver, but ive only had 3 weeks to do a rather large repair and complete on the car, cant afford the time to fix mistakes :speedy:

Yea, I hear you. I don't think anyone can afford to redo mistakes with the high cost of materials these days.
