Howdy All. I figured that I would introduce myself as I am pretty new to this board. I lurked around a bit and just felt the urge to say ''Hi'' to everyone.
I am 40 (soon to be 41!) and just learning to do paint work. I did my first tank and posted pics on another site. I started from scratch, did the bodywork, prime, paint, clear, cut and buff. It came out ok, and I sold it on Ebay to a guy in Canada that is WAYYYYYY happy with it. So, that's cool. Anyway, that's the long way round to say that I am hooked on this stuff.
I have a penchant for the older designs, 50's, 60's, and 70's. Lace, lots of flake, endless lines, that type of stuff. I have a few tanks laying around that I am going to do and will re-sell to help fund the habit. I am also in the midst of building a small paint booth in the garage. Wish me luck.
