Another question for everyone.
Has anyone used the flake gun manufactured by Old School Flake? It's about $175 and I was wondering if it's worth it and if it works as good as they say.
At what size flake should I be concerned about changing stuff in my gun because the flake is too big? The gun is a devilbiss JGA-502. 1/256, 1/128"?

I've used a JGA with a 1.7 tip spraying the 1/64 flake with no problems.

I also put a bolt in the bottom of the cup and shake it quite frequently. The heavier the flake, the faster it settles.

Yeah...Nate is who told me about the gun. He's raving about it. I'm just a hobbiest so I'm haveing a hard time justifying the cost of the "flake-buster" gun. But really, $179 isn't too bad if it really does work as good as they say. If I end up buying one, I'll have to share my story and give everyone some feedback.

I just used mine for the first time tonight and it rocks! Way better than shooting flake through a regular gun and much easier to bury the flake.

I got mine from Innate.
