One Shot Thinners

I have been using one shot for striping.Some people have suggested using mineral spirits,kersoene etc.With some
penetrol added for flow out.The reason I'm asking, is I
can not get the one shot thinner in the area I live.Ordering it from the States cost a fortune,as It's
classed as dangerous goods.Does anybody have thoughts on this?This /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif applies for the urethane striping paint also. Dangerous goods.Thanks for any suggestions

I usually mix a little bit of my clear hardner with the One Shot, it seems to thin it a bit and let it flow a little better.
