They all depend on if they came with the spark free flourescent light fixtures for it, the fan and exhaust system they have on them etc... We paid 8000.00 for ours but it is 14x30 feet long...The exhaust fan is crusial for it takes the material as you spray that is airborne..runs it through filters before it takes it out the boot..that small of a spray booth must have an exhaust or basically it is useless for what ever your spraying will get the airborne overspray settling on the final finish and make for a rough surface.
