As far as my favorite paints, I personally like House of Kolors and PPG for most of my bc/cc paints.

HOK and Dupont. The PPG gods have put a curse on me so I never use them anymore.
HOK PPG, and my local jobber that sells PPG started carrying X-otic and I tried some of it, Sparklee silver and Oriental blue and in my opinion it is pretty much an HOK clone. Came out real nice, cleared it with the Xotic clear but the jobber says it is PPG friendly. The good part, the Xoitc system allows the jober to concoct about anything you want and he doesent have to overload his shelves with inventory. The bad news, it cost as much as HOK AL
