Paint coverage

How much base coat will I need for a tank and fender project? I'm trying to meet my needs for my upcoming project while minimizing the excess paint I buy. If I can get away with it, I can get the smaller quantities from Coast Airbrush.

You could probably get by with the 8 oz. bottle (it'll mix to 12 oz. with reducer, I assume you're talking HOK paints). I'd go ahead and get 16oz. just to be safe.

I've only been doing this for a few months so hopefully some others will come in and setme straight or agree.
