Hi , I'm looking to purchase a spray gun that will be mostly used for clear coat only. Looking to spend in the area of 450$. What gun setup would you guys recommend?. Thanks

I have both IWATA and SATA and I personally like the Iwata. Seems a little more comfortable to me. Personal opinion though.
I like the 1.4 setup for clear and 1.3 for base.

I painted a few times with Iwata and I was always happy with the results. What model would you recommend? Its hard to know the difference without someone who tried a few of them. I found a used one for sale LS400 1.3 tip with silver cap. What do you think?
My favorite is the LPH-400.
I use the 1.3 orange cap for base and the 1.4 silver for my clear
I haven't used the LS400, but that could even be a step above what I have. If you think it's a good deal and it's not 'too used', go for it.
