paint is cracking/ wrinkling?

i laid epoxy primer then primer surfacer, then as i was spraying the white i got the first coat on then let it flash for about 5 min, then on the second coat, i noticed that paint had started to crack and wrinkle in some spots? I dont know why and dont know how to fix it... could it be from some water left on it after wiping it down after sanding?

and... now that its a little dry after the coats of white i poked around those spots that it was cracking and now its down to the bare metal in those spots... wtf!!!!! Im a newbie and I'm still learning... but this is really frustrating how do i fix this? i have 2 coats epoxy primer 2 coats of surface 2k primer and like two coats of white base... do i have to completely strip this whole thing to fix it? can i sand it down and re-prime the spots that chipped only?

probably the epoxy was not fully cured when you applied the surfacer. you will need to sand it all smoothe again and start over. make sure you give the epoxy plenty of time and make sure you used the right ratio.cyas

thanks flamepain, I did notice that the gasket for the tip i was using when painting the primer had fallen out and the primer was going on extra thick with some fluttering in the gun... its all coming together, to much primer i suppose and not enough drying time, but it had been a couple of days between primer and base... who knows?
