painting a chipper body need good paint

we are getting a custom body built and want to make sure the paint is a good product that will not chalk and fade like most of the body's seem to do after a year or two ,
i thing the builders use inexpensive paint to keep cost down, any suggestion on a primer and paint , its gloss black thanks in advance:bigokay:

I need latex body paint because it spreads better and is generally more usable than ordinary latex, has anyone used it before and do you know from where i can get at cheap rates.
