I'm looking for some advice. Hope someone here can help me out.
I'm interested in spraying some keys (not flames) on my minivan as a way of advertising our locksmith business.
I was wondering if you could give your honest response to these questions.
First, I am not a painter, though I'm skilled with small detail work. Do you think that if I read this website carefully, I would be able to spray paint some keys on my minivan (which has a factory paint job right now)? Is this within my capability?
If you think I would be able to do it, how much would it cost? I assume I would have to buy a few different color quarts of paint, plus ALL the material----or rent some, too. For someone with NO tools, how much would you estimate the total job would cost to paint 30 six-inch keys?
My wife is actually extremely artistic, and so I'm hesitating to take the van to a professional, because her design will almost certainly be better than a pro.
Maybe you would recommend she do the design work, and then I take the designs and the van to a pro?
As you can see, I'm desperate for good advice. I hope you can help me out a bit!
Thanks!
