1/2 - 2/3 teaspoon (not tablespoon) per quart of clear. You probably don't ned a quart, so use this rate and just make less (1/4 tsp to a pint of clear). Then control the tone of the flame by how many coats you apply. If you want really ghosty, don't apply more than one coat. Your eye will lie to you and tell you there isn't enough on, but trust in the pearl, when you pull the tape there will be a faint ghosty flame. If you want it more "see-able" add another coat. For ghost flames I would not apply more than one or two coats. And make sure you let it dry completely before you try to clear over it. Otherwise it will run like the devil.
