hey guys, kinda new to this, but I have a question.Does everything you do have to be cleared? How is the process done?So if I stripe somethin',after it dries a bit,do I clear it,let that dry, then wet sand it,then clear it again, and consider the project done? And also, when is the correct time to use hardener in your enamels? To some this might sound like a dull question, but I dont wanna screw nuthin'up. Thanx.

The way we always to it is to do our basecoat, and a couple coats of clear. Then we sand the panel, stripe it, then reclear again. Most of the time this will be suffice, but in some cases when the striping it thick, you'll need to resand and reclear once again.

Probably always safe to put a little bit of hardener in your pinstripe enamels.
