I just bought a Roush bumper cover for my F150, it's very flexable (plastic?) How do I go about painting this, it's raw not primed, do I paint first then install or paint on the truck? Use flex? Please help.

If you have the time to wait it is alot easier to paint then install. You'll save time and money but not having to tape everything off.

I agree with 'Colors. I always paint mine off the vehicle. About everyone makes a poly pre-adhesive primer to make stuff stick better. That said, I haven't found anything that will bend as much as a plastic fender will.

paint plastic

like said previously the adhiesive primer is a good thing but there are a couple other things you can do to help one is a product call plas-stic it is a cleaner that is used to pre clean the plastic with and then you can add a flex agent to the primer and to the clear coat I cant rember product numbers but if you ask your supplier I am sure they will hook you up or if needed I will go look and let you know the brand and number
