I have a 98 acura tl and it's juniper pearl green, it still looks good, but i've noticed that in two spots the clear is starting to bubble, I guess it's comming up. My questions is can anyone tell me if this is repairable or do I have to get the whole car sprayed? Any help would be appreciated.

It really depends. If most of your car is in factory paint, and the areas that are bubbling has been in repainted before (i.e. the front clip of your car). You might be able to just spot in the bad areas, then reclear the panel(s). If the whole front clip had been previously repainted, I would reclear the complete front end, but not necessarily redo all the green, just the bad areas.
This new clear should 'hold' down any bad clear that has not yet started lifting.

You will definitely need to sand down past the clear in the bad areas, then reprime, spot in the green, then reclear the complete panel(s). This will either fix it, or it will be a temporary fix.

If the comlete car has been repainted before, then most likely the bubbling will happen elsewhere. If this is the case, you should take all the paint off, reprime, then repaint.

Hey, thanks for getting back to me so quick, I have no clue about painting, but the side of the car thats cumming up is the side that was repaired 7-8 years ago. I'll try to locate someone here in DE to see if I can get it repainted or fixed without getting screwed. Did take it to maco and they told me 1500 to sand and repaint the entire car, but keep hearing mixed reviews of their work.
