I'm very new at this and have a question about mixing. I am mixing some primer/sealer and it is a three part mix 4 to 1. On the mixing cup it has
4 : 1 : 10% : 1 : 1.5
after I put in the primer in I don't know if the converter or activator goes in next and don't know which one of the marks above it goes to. Where I live there is no shop close by to ask so can someone please help me with this, Thanks Mike.

Go to the company's website and look for tech sheets on the product you're using. I've never heard of converter -- Bones!~

Fast Converter

Do you know if it's ok to prime over primer that has dried. I'm using a build up primer filler and after I sanded the high spots I'm back down to metal in some places and one or two more medium coats I should be smooth as glass(I Hope) I'm very new at this, Thanks again, Mike.

As log as you sand between coats you should be OK!! ----Bones!~

If it's a thick primer and you're only going to final sand it with fine paper 2 coats is cool but if you're really going to sand it or it reduces down fairly thin go 3,it's best to keep at least 1+ coats over your breakthroughs.
