PPG color for pantone

hey guys - i'm new to this, but i'm trying to get the PPG color for Pantone 165 C. I heard it's supposed to be a 4 digit code or something? can anyone help me out with this? i'd REAAAAAAAAAAAAALLY appreciate it.

Can only be mixed in basecoat with the Envirobase system

but it can be mixed in Deltron DCC single stage
