does anyone know how I can get a formula for PPG 4363 Burgundy Met?

If this is a color code to a vehicle. post the year make and model, and if available the paint code from the manufacture. other wise just hae to call a PPG vendor.

Sorry the first number after the color is the amount the second number is the cumulative amount. I tried to format it when I submitted the previous post.
