Hello and welcome,
I don't think I would brush it. Once you do this, it's VERY hard to sand all those brush strokes before applying the new paint.

You mentioned that you sanded the old paint. So why even prime it? If the paint is good, you can apply the new paint directly over the old.
Most cases this will work. But without knowing all the details, I think this is the best advice I could offer.

thanks for your repply :), i removed all the old paint because there was a lot of rust, i just have the bare metal... so you say it possible to apply the primer with brush but very hard to sand it?...

Actually I said it would be "hard to sand all the brush strokes out". Meaning, you can sand it, but it would be hard to get your brush strokes that are in the primer out before painting.

So the people that you got the spray paint from do not offer any primer?
Can you buy a couple of primer spray cans online and have them shipped?
