Hello, I recentlly purchased some parts mfor my bike second hand and the previous owner had them sandblasted and coated with etching primer. I was planning to do some filler on some low spots and was wondering wheather i need to restrip it? I was planning on using hok epoxy over other parts that haven't been primed and wanted to keep it all consistent. The last question concerns compatibility with the etching primer since i dont know what kind it was that was used, should i be concerned. thanks in advance for any help offered. t.c.
