Primer sealers

Has anyone used the HOK KO-Seal II primer sealer? If so does it spray on like a primer or more like the actual paint and should i sand it after i shoot it over the primer before shooting my base? Also is it necessary to spray the primer with a primer sealer? I've already sprayed my primer over the tank and fenders and sanded it with 600grit sandpaper. Thanks for the help everyone has given me so far.

in my opinion if youve already primed the whole panels your talking of then u dont need to primer/sealer them cause you already have sealed them with the primer you have 600 sanded

I need to get this job done before AZ bike week so I went ahead and spray the sealer, base, pearl, and a light coat of clear to give me some time to layout the flames. It turn out really nice for my first time spraying pearl. I am hoping to have them ready for flames on Saturday! Ice blue pearl over black flames outlined in silver over a white base with alabaster pearl. Thanks for the advise though. I am going to try am post some pics when done but still trying figure that out as well.
