I was wetsanding a tank i cleared the day before and broke through in a spot about the size of a dime what should i do now.

If it's a straight color, reclear.
If it's a metallic or pearl you'll have to repair the spot then clear.

TRIED TO REPAIR THE SPOT AND THE PAINT WRINKLED (LIFTEED) WHERE I BROKE THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I TRY NEXT?

You don't give enough info on products used or base type and art...
Wrinkling can be cause from putting the base coat over the clear before the clear has had time to cure - Maybe give it a couple more dayz to dry and harden some more and try it again - best way to fix the spot is with an airbrush - it'll blend better than a big gun and drys alot quicker. If you dont have alot of art, do it all over or maybe mask out the art and reshoot the color that got messed up --
