Razor blade marks

Doing some flames on a project. Here's my problem. I have a couple razor blade cuts through to the primer in my base. It's PPG Global line. Can I wet sand with 1000 or 2000 the whole thing flames and all then touch up base areas then clear? I am worried about the flame tips, they are real fine.

Most likely if you wetsand with the 1000 and reclear, the new clear will fill in the cuts. They *may* come back down the road though when the paint settles in. If is your project, you may be able to rebuff when this happens.
