Re clear coating help

that old clear coat has to be flat or your next clear will be worse.if you are worried about rubbing through use a scoch brite pad (grey) clear coat again at least three coats and then you can wet sand and buff.try to eliminate that shine.good luck.

how many coats of clear are on there?

what clear did you use? looks like it was put on really dry and not flowed well. that could have been a temp issue, or reducer issue.

did you paint the car? or are you just reclearing what was on it when you got it?

looks to me like you sprayed with to low of air pressure at the gun you need better atomization and i try to remember less is more i go with just a light to medium coat at least three times hope this helps
