Recently painted my computer keyboard, became very sticky

I recently primed and spray painted my computer keyboard using Rust-Oleum Painters Touch spray paint. I let it settle overnight and when I woke up, the keys and keyboard are extremely sticky. Am I missing something? Am I suppose to use a different type of paint?

I would say the paint you used had a strong or potent thinner/reducer in it. Overnight, the reducer (or paint) started actually eating at the keyboard, thus keeping everything sticky.
Not for sure which paint work best for this though.
Possibly you could use the same paint, but put on very light coats. Get another keyboard and do a practice run.
