reducer

i went to the paint store and the guy at the store told me that they didn't have any more base coat/clear reducer,so he told me to buy urethane grade reducer.made by transtar.i let the guy know that i was using bc/clear paint.could any one tell me if thats right or not.:think1:

not always.I've had problems with some reducers.use virgin lacquer thinners .it's not recommended but it will work . cyas
