I was told last year by one of the major paint reps (I won't say which in case this is taken wrong) that the next "BIG" thing in custom paint will involve the "feel" of the paint. This in addition to the visual effects. You sure would get a lot of "feel" from Rhino coating! Let us know, TC. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

That figures, I spent years find out how to paint flames so you can't feel them. And now the new thing is to be able to feel them? Shoot, I was dong that years ago /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif

LudicrousSpeed

What is even funnier is a few years back, I had a guy airbrush "Ludicrous Speed" on the door of my camaro, along with an Autometer 200 mph speedo with the needle flying off. I guess I didn't wait long enough to clear it, or I went about it the wrong way, cause the paint all lifted and wrinkled under the clear. It gave it a really neat texture, and it looked cool at night. It wasn't very durable, though.

I had the car at Gateway International Dragstrip in St Louis and a couple black guys walked by it in the staging lanes and went nuts! "Look at that!" he yelled to his buddy. "It looks like snakeskin!!!!!"

They wanted to know how I pulled it off. I just acted like it was on purpose and meant to do it....... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif
