RUST!

I hope someone can help me with this. I live in St. Petersburg, Fl. and the weather here has been rainy lately. I am in the process of painting my Harley, and I am doing the prep work at the moment. My problem is I want to paint all the main pieces (frame included) at once and as I sandpaper/sandblast each piece I put it aside and move onto the next piece. I am also doing filler work on each piece. This is taking a few days and rust is starting to reform on the pieces that I thought I was done with. Any hints as to how I can eliminate the re-rusting?

i use a light coat of rattle can primmer. you have to sand it almost completly off before you start again, but it keeps the rust off.

Hoss is right with the primer, but I would also spray some Metal Prep. first, then spray it with Epoxy Primer. Your local paint dealer can give you the info...........Mowe
