sandable or not ppg

is the ppg dbc 2000 sandable after its sprayed
and if so how long should i wait. this is a top
coat,have a few bugs on it,orange peel.

Yes you can sand it.Usually you can lightly nip the top after about 10 minutes easily but it usually takes about 20-30 minutes for serious problems where you have to really get down into it.Whether you spot sand it or scuff the whole thing you have to put another coat on unless it's a solid color,and I still squirt a little over it.You have up to about 24 hrs to clear it from the first coat laid on so if it can't be cleared in that timeframe you will have to scuff and rebase the whole thing before clearing.

thanks for the info it came out real nice after i sanded the bugs off and sprayed a light coat over it
