Sata Tip Sizes

I just put a 1.3 tip on my Sata NR2000. I had been shooting HOK Kandy colors and UC-35 clear with a 1.5 tip. I am just curious as to what other Sata users use in similar situations. It seemed to me that I did not get as much coverage with the 1.3 as I did with the 1.5. New tip may take some getting used to? Thanks

I use a 1.3 on my sata for small area's to be cleared, I change to a 1.7 for bigger areas because it seams to flow better, and lay it down much smoother so I can cover more area faster.

You're getting a little better atomization but at the expense of pass speed.I run a 1.3 in my DeVilbiss Plus for spot work but if I have 1/2 a car or more I go back to the 1.4 so I can get around it quicker.There's really no difference in the end result between the 2 tips,one's just faster putting it on than the other.

I use a 1.4 in my 2000, for clear. A 1.3 in my NR95 for base.
