scratches in plastic

My motorcycles bottom fairing has a few scratches that are just deep enough to penetrate the plastic. I was going to use a small amount of bondo to fill them in. Is this the best way to get them out, or should I try and sand them out? Also can I just prime over the bondo and paint? Or do I have to spray a sealer over it?

you realy use polyester putty yes you can prime over that no sealer needed
