Welcome to the CPF.

Never heard of the hyper colors.

You might want to call "US Paint". They have a basecoat/clearcoat orange that looks like a metallic when you spray it. But when you put the clear on, the candy rises to the top...thus you end up with a candy tangerine looking color. Very easy to spray. I've sprayed this about 10 times. You can actually see the metallic changing to a candy looking color.
Probably spend about $600 a quart kit though. So you could end up spending $1200-$1800 for enough to paint a car (in and out)

:luck:

Actually, I'm thinking of Illusion Blue. I believe the tangerine paint is about $450 a quart kit. This includes the paint, all hardeners, clear and reducers. I believe the SEM price is just for the quart of candy, but you still have to buy the base, reducers, hardeners and clears. Probably the SEM is still cheaper though if you compare apples to apples, but alot harder to spray.
