Hey tooter,
I used a gold base, then I did the flames in black. I added a coat of gold flake over the black (so this would turn red once the brandyine is applied).
Yes, cool stencils. I bought quite a few about a month ago. I just added the "color shift" eyes.
Thought that was a cool feature. Eyes change colors depending on which angle you look at it.

It's straight flake out of the jar. There are different sizes you can choose from. I used a medium sized flake.
