Well iv used Hot Hues intercoat and House of kolor and love both. Wait a good 5 hours or longer after spraying intercoat to let it dry. Then after that scuff it lightly with some 600 grit or finer lightly. The reason for this is sometimes when doing custom paint jobs like light airbrushing and stuff the base doesnt want to stick to the intercoat but with the scuff it will help it stick better.. After you scuff it a say u can wait a good 2 weeks or more as long as it stays clean and scuffed before reshooting. Clear sticks really good to intercoat.
