AND TO GIVE A HINT ABOUT MY SKILLS MY SHADOWS RIGHT NOW LOOK LIKE SHADED CIRCLES AND BLOBS '"NOT THAT GREAT WITH AN AIRBRUSH"

Are you thinning the paint down a whole bunch that way you don't get to dark of a shadow?

The only way to get good with an airbrush is to practice. 12 hours a day 7 days a week should be good to start.Just kidding

Practice doing various size lines and dots and misc. shapes. Keep the air going and just start and stop the paint flow. (this helps to avoid spitting) Learning to control an airbrush is the hardest part.

you have to practice "rat tails". Thick to thin lines. Pull the trigger back(after you push it down) and move in any direction getting closer to the piece and letting up on the paint flow at the same time. Move slowly at first until you get the hang of it , then it should come easier. Good luck!
