Silver - how to make it look great!

I love silver cars, although they don't have the impressive reflections of black/dark colours.

I have also realised that most silvers are actually quite greyish. This gives some slight reflections.
Silvers look bright but flat under bright sunlight, and you can see some "wetlook" under darkness with dim lighting.

a. If my car will be resprayed into silver, are there any professional techniques to make silver look dazzling with a "wet look" that's highly reflective???

b. Are there any standard non-custom silvers you have encountered that looks non-greyish and is very bright?

Definitely use a very good atomizing gun.

All silver really have a 'gray' look to them. If you went with a very fine metallic silver toner, this will give you a brighter aluminum looking paint job.

unfortunatly unless you are going off scheme near 100% of silvers are dulled with black or blue (even white kills the shine) most scheme have a silver bright off shelf, im familiar with the valspar scheme and the code is 513b recently changed to b16 or if you are a waterbase user its w16, thanks
