You may think I have a mental problem talking to guys who mix thier own paint and do profesional paint jobs.
I used Dupli-color spray paint, red rustolium was the first two coats on bare metal( I just resantly learned that stripping the factory paint is bad mojo), a gray primer, about three coats of gloss black, an inner clear coat, then taped of tribal flames, base coat for flames was electric blue, tips were naval blue( very cool colors).
Up until this point all was going fantabulous. then on my second coat of clear it gatore hided on me. I first thought it was because of the cold weather. (I live in michigan and the last week has gone from 80 degrees to snowing in spring) but I read about someone doing a liberty flag paint job. and he said that wrinkled.
So my question is, is it the cheap spray paint I used or is itjust my fault altogther?
